The ancient city wall of Xianyang was built in the fourth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1371 AD), which has a history of more than 640 years. According to historical records, the original city wall was 2.5 feet high and the pool was deep. There are 9 city gates: Chaoyang Gate in the East, Wangxian gate in the west, Weiyang gate in the South and Wuling gate in the north; Xuedao gate is the gate of civilization, and the northwest gate is Qianqing gate; there are also small South Gate, small north gate and new gate.
